Pre-Register Auction Items

Please register any items you would like to donate to the live or silent auction here. The items listed under your name, HCAS will treat as your own personal gift-in-kind donations and will be receipted as such. If you have collected items from other business or individuals and they would like the receipt please enter a new form with their contact information. The “Cost To Donor” field in the form indicates what was paid for the item and is needed for the donor’s charitable receipt.

If you do not want a Gift-in-Kind receipt for your donated items, please just put “No Receipt Required” in the comments section.

Please note:  Gifts of service, although greatly appreciated, will not be issued a charitable tax receipt but will be auctioned off to benefit the cause. Gift cards purchased and then donated to the fundraiser will be given a charitable receipt, however gift cards donated by the issuing company cannot be given charitable receipt as per CRA guidelines.
